Exhibitor Registration
Registration will be opening in March 2026!
Exhibitors receive complimentary (allotted) full conference exhibitor badges based on booth size:
- For the first 10x10 booth, exhibitors receive five (5) booth badges.
- Each additional 10x10 booth receives three (3) additional booth badges.
- Table top exhibitors receive three (3) booth badges.
Additional badges can be purchased. If you have registration questions please email MMRegistration@Microscopy.org.

Beware of Housing & Attendee List Scams It is understood that unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise lower rates or claim affiliations with M&M 2026. The M&M Housing Bureau is the only approved, official housing vendor. You will not be contacted or solicited by the M&M 2026 Housing Bureau unless there is a question regarding an existing reservation. If you are contacted by any company regarding housing for the M&M 2026 meeting, please notify M&M Meeting Management. |
VENDOR TUTORIALS
Vendor Tutorials are held at your booth from 5:45 - 6:45pm on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Exhibitors can hold a Vendor Tutorial on one, two, or all three days. You can offer the same Tutorial or a different Tutorial each day. There is no cost to exhibitors or attendees. This is a great way to demonstrate your products/services to a small group of interested attendees. View Sign-Up Tips here.
